The self-defense sessions will allow you to acquire a structure according to your physical abilities, as well as skills to control different types of assaults, all in a feminist perspective.
The course will also address issues related to festive places and collective street self-defense strategies.
Three courses:
- Friday from 14:30 to 16:30
- Saturday from 11h to 13h
- Saturday from 14h to 16h
