📣📣📣 Zam Ebale, dancer, choreographer, singer and writer fled the homophobic laws in Cameroun to Belgium a few years ago.

Author of the book “Né au mauvais endroit, au mauvais moment, dans le mauvais corps?" (In English: “born in the wrong place, at the wrong time, in the wrong body?”), Zam counts his story of dealing with rejection in his home country because of homophobia. But the book is also a call for solidarity among all people discriminated against in Cameroun and beyond.

The book presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with MEPs Ana Gomes and Maria Arena and LGBTI civil society representatives, about the policy implications of state-sponsored LGBTI-phobia, both in the ACP region and in Europe.
