The weekly meditation session allows you to start the week by refocusing on yourself and building confidence to get to others more easily. It is an ideal method for a dynamic and effective week. Meditation also improves the quality of sleep.
The one-hour sessions take place in a circle, sitting or standing. The meditation is guided by Rémi, confirmed therapist. The group is open to all levels: the beginner wishing to discover the activity, to those wanting to improve, or the confirmed ones who enjoy meditating in groups.
Part 1: Connection to oneself and one's body.
Debriefing with tea or infusion: explanations, theoretical notions
Part 2: Deepening sensations (games, experiments, visualizations ...)
Every first Monday of the month, the meditation session is followed by a Canadian buffet: share and enjoy!
Animation: Rémi, meditation and Yoga teacher, therapist and accompanying person
Monday from 18h to 19h except school holidays, independent sessions.

No equipment or clothing is necessary. The meditation group is open to all, whether or not a member of Dialogai, regardless of level.
