Every February the blossoming of the Mimosa tree marks the end of the Winter. That's when the beautiful 130 km Route du Mimosa is open.
Friday: Welcome drink at the resort, dinner in local restaurant (not included)
Saturday: Route du Mimosa, lunch in a local restaurant (not included), 4 course dinner (incl. wine) at the resort.
Sunday: Brunch at the resort, hike in the next door National Park.
Cost: 75,- per person (accomodation not included). Few spots left.
